It was a good choice to go with Xssist actually. I have a VPS with Xssist too. Limweech is super
helpful and will go to any extend to help his clients. Moreover, Limweech from Xssist is very well
verse in the knowledge of IT and Xssist only sell products they are confident of doing well and
providing good quality products to fellow customers.
Even since the start of using service from Xssist, it makes you feel like home. Xssist servers
have never met with any software or hardware problem so far I have used them.

We went into a fair bit of troubles when our accounts were transferred over. Thanks to the
patience and assistance of Wee Cheong, everything was back in order. Looks like we'll be here
to stay for a long time to come!

I chose Xssist because of their impressive server specs and Wee Cheong's sincere effort
in trying to do business with me. He did all the migration even before I paid him a cent.
He even corrected me on some of the things I thought I knew about my current US host provider.
We had been emailing the whole night and he was so fast, I thought we were using MSN. No kidding.
And don't forget at this point, I still haven't confirm I will be paying him anything.
Xssist is not a reseller and has their own server located at 1-net Data center. Their office
is just next to the data center, and I have seen their uptime records...very impressive.

By far one of the best around!
I can say that after a few months, I have nothing but praise for his services and reliability.
I have had quick replies via email, I can call hin on his HP for fast service if necessary, and I always
get a reply within 24 hours at the most. More often, it's within the hour.
His services is rather excellent. Havent experienced any problems/faults since using his server.
REply via sms/email within the day itself. Usually instant reply. 3 thumbs up!
I am very satisfied with all their efforts put in to help me with my web server problems and
giving me direct and on time solutions. Server is also in excellent in regards to its speed, reliability
and 100% Uptime since the start of my Account creation.
So far your service was so perfect...Good man hope we continue running smoth.
Yeah, I'm very satisfied with their services. Website uptime 100% from siteup.com since the creation of
my account which is about 4 months ago. Better than my previous host.
I've been with several webhosts over a period of a couple of years already, thus my consumer experience with
webhosts is rather... comprehensive. So are my expectations. Anyway, I've been host-hopping for various reasons, from
disappointing hosts to more enticing offers from other hosts.
Wee Cheong from Xssist first contacted me after I voiced my disappointment by the lack of support and response
from my previous host in this forum. The plans he offered, in comparison, are much less attractive than
my previous host. But having got burnt from the "what you pay is what you get" syndrome, I've decided
to pay a little more and give Xssist's services a try.
Now I'm into my... I think fourth or fifth month with them. I'm am very very satisfied. Firstly, the service
response is great. Instantaneous, sometimes, but generally the next day you'll get your reply.
Support is excellent. Being tired of manually migrating from webhost to webhost myself, I requested for his
help when I first signed up. He fixed everything for me, from databases to files, to email accounts, etc. It was "Can you
migrate my account for me?" and then "it's done." Wow! lol
The way he deal with customers is professional too. Even getting my deal (many hosts tend to chabo (run away)
after getting the customer to sign up), service remains polite and responsive. Even when I exceed my bandwidth for
a month, all he did was recommend me to upgrade my plan (and not threaten me with account suspension). My site went
running smooth as I took ages to reply to his email (I was considering, lol). Impressed.
Server speeds are very satisfying and speedy enough. I've not encountered any downtime/technical problem at all
(or is not aware of any) so far. Note that my previous host has similar stats/speed (altho the host chabo lol).
Well, that's my 2 cents. Summarizing, I'll give Xssit 95 marks.
